Hannah is committed to resolving matters constructively to achieve a family focused and cost-effective solution for her clients where possible.
Hannah is an experienced family lawyer having qualified in August 2017, she joined Lee Chadwick Solicitors in October 2024.
Hannah is Chair of the Oxford YResolution Committee which regularly organises events and training for junior family lawyers and she has also received a testimonial collated independently by the Legal 500 research team and is named as a key lawyer in the Legal 500.
Hannah is experienced in all family matters including divorce, judicial separation, cohabitation/trustee matters in respect of joint property, financial issues including notice to show cause applications, children issues including shared care arrangements and joint live with orders. In addition, Hannah is experienced in pre-marital/civil partnership matters such as pre and post-nuptial agreements/civil registration agreements and further has experience in drafting declarations of trusts and cohabitation/separation agreements.
Hannah will consider all options of dispute resolution including direct negotiations between solicitors and assisting clients in mediation or arbitration. She is also experienced in conducting matters through the Court process where necessary.
As well as the above, Hannah represents clients in Court in respect of Directions Hearings. With regards to Final Hearings, Hannah will be able to find her client a trustworthy and knowledgeable yet dedicated barrister, to put forward your position in Court.
Hannah has an eye for detail and will treat client matters with care, attention and complete respect albeit whether your matter is of high or low net worth or in relation to situations regarding children.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys walking and sight-seeing.
