Partner and Head of the Family Team
Laura read Forensic Science and Criminology at Lincoln University before completing the Law Conversion course at the College of Law York. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2008 and before her life in Family law, Laura worked as a Criminal Duty Solicitor in Oxfordshire.
In January 2013 she retrained to specialise in Family Law at a national firm. Laura has found that her previous experience has given her a good understanding for meeting client’s expectation and a strong advocacy background.
Laura is a member of Resolution, and as such believes a non-confrontational, constructive approach is in the best interest of her clients when negotiating with ex-partners and their solicitors.
Laura assists clients with all aspects of the firm’s Family work, including divorce/dissolution, separation, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and child arrangements.
Laura grew up in West Oxfordshire and now lives with her Husband, daughter and dog near Chipping Norton. Laura enjoys long dog walks, with a pub lunch as the destination.
